MY CLOSET is a Japan-based luxury personal shopping and sourcing service. Since 2017, I have sourced luxury fashion and arranged international shipping for private clients worldwide, including celebrities and public figures.
My network extends far beyond Japan—across Europe, the United States, Asia, Australia, South America and other markets worldwide. Every request is personally handled by the founder, who carefully selects rare and exceptional pieces from trusted sources.
Authentic items only. All new items are sourced exclusively from official brand boutiques or authorized retailers. Pre-owned pieces are selected only from trusted specialist sources and carefully reviewed.

After approval and cleared payment, the item is purchased, checked, packed and shipped.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

01What can you source?
We make every reasonable effort to find the exact piece you request. New, pre-owned and vintage pieces are all welcome, across CHANEL and other luxury brands. We search worldwide—not only in Japan—and also source items or brands not shown on this site.
02How long does the search take, and can you really find rare pieces?
Please allow up to 7 days for the standard search. If more time is needed, we will discuss it with you. MY CLOSET has delivered many extremely rare pieces, including items believed to be the last available worldwide, so there may still be a real possibility even when a piece seems impossible to find.
03What information should I send?
Please send any useful clues: clear photos or screenshots, a product link, brand, item or model name, style/reference number, collection name, desired size, colour and material. The more precise the information, the more accurately we can search.
04Is there a search fee, and what if nothing is found?
The initial check and a standard search of up to 7 days do not carry a separate search fee. Extensive or highly specialized searches may require a sourcing deposit; the amount and the terms if no item is found will always be explained before work begins. No product payment is required when no item is found.
05When do I pay, and may I decline after the item is found?
You pay after a matching item is found and you approve the quote, before we purchase it. Please submit a request only when you genuinely intend to buy. If an item matching the agreed conditions is found, prompt payment is expected; no item is reserved before payment. A sourcing deposit for a special search is not returned if the client chooses not to proceed after a match is found.
06What costs are paid in addition to the quoted total?
The quoted total includes the item, sourcing and the agreed shipping method. The recipient pays customs duties, import taxes and destination charges separately. Shipping insurance is mandatory for PayPal payments; clients paying by bank transfer may choose whether to add insurance.
07Where can you ship?
We can normally ship to most countries worldwide. Temporary restrictions may apply because of war, sanctions, carrier suspension, customs rules or other circumstances beyond our control. Availability is confirmed for each destination before purchase.
08Can I cancel or return the item?
Once MY CLOSET has purchased the item, cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of clear error by MY CLOSET. Please confirm the quote, size, condition and details carefully before payment.
09How do you ensure authenticity, and what is your track record?
Authentic items only. New items are sourced exclusively from official brand boutiques or authorized retailers, and pre-owned pieces from trusted specialist sources. Since 2017, MY CLOSET has served clients worldwide, with especially strong experience shipping to the United States, the Middle East and Hong Kong. A receipt copy can be provided on request with our personal information redacted. Every request is handled personally by the founder.
10How can we communicate, and what happens after I request?
You may begin through the request form or email, and continue by email or WhatsApp. A phone call is not required. Requests can be sent in English, Chinese or Arabic as well as Japanese. The basic flow is: search → quote and payment → purchase → inspection, packing and international shipping.

No item is reserved before payment. Purchases are final except in cases of clear error by MY CLOSET. Customs duties, import taxes and destination charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
